Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law

You have a right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly. However, neither you nor any credit repair company or credit repair organization has the right to have accurate, current, and verifiable information removed from your credit report. The credit bureau must remove accurate, negative information from your report only if it is more than seven years old. Bankruptcy information can be reported for ten years.

You have a right to obtain a copy of your credit report from a credit bureau. You may be charged a reasonable fee. There is no fee, however, if you have been turned down for credit, employment, insurance, or a rental dwelling because of information in your credit report within the preceding sixty days. The credit bureau must provide someone to help you interpret the information in your credit file. You are entitled to receive a free copy of your credit report if you are unemployed and intend to apply for employment in the next sixty days, if you are a recipient of public welfare assistance, or if you have reason to believe that there is inaccurate information in your credit report due to fraud.

You have a right to sue a credit repair organization that violates the Credit Repair Organizations Act. This law prohibits deceptive practices by credit repair organizations.

You have the right to cancel your contract with any credit repair organization for any reason within three business days from the date you signed it.

Credit bureaus are required to follow reasonable procedures to ensure that the information they report is accurate. However, mistakes may occur.

You may, on your own, notify a credit bureau in writing that you dispute the accuracy of information in your credit file. The credit bureau must then reinvestigate and modify or remove inaccurate or unverified information, usually within thirty days unless your dispute is frivolous. The credit bureau may continue to report information it has verified as accurate.

Neither you nor any credit repair organization has the right to have accurate, current, and verifiable information removed from your credit report.

The Credit Repair Organizations Act and the credit bureaus are regulated by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). You may report dishonest or unfair practices by a credit repair organization to the FTC, Consumer Response Center, Washington, D.C. 20580, or online at reportfraud.ftc.gov.

About ANRUS

ANRUS, LLC ("ANRUS", "we", "us") is a credit repair organization as defined by CROA. Our services consist of reviewing your credit reports from the three major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian and TransUnion) and, on your behalf, disputing information that is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unverifiable, and assisting you in improving the accuracy of your credit file.

Our services and your subscription

ANRUS offers monthly subscription plans (for example, our Basic, Full, Premium and VIP plans). Each plan describes the scope of work performed each month, such as the number of disputed items, the types of dispute letters used, and the level of support. The current plans, prices and inclusions are shown on our website at https://anrus.us.

You are billed an initial payment when you enroll and a recurring monthly fee thereafter for as long as your subscription remains active. You may cancel your subscription at any time; see "Your right to cancel" below.

No guarantees. We do not and cannot guarantee any particular increase in your credit score or that any specific item will be removed or changed, nor can we promise a specific timeframe. Results depend on your individual credit file and the responses of the credit bureaus and your creditors. Any statement to the contrary would be unlawful.

You can do this yourself for free

You have the right to dispute inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information in your own credit report directly with the credit bureaus and your creditors, at no charge. You are not required to use a credit repair organization. ANRUS performs this work on your behalf as a paid, ongoing service for your convenience.

Your right to cancel

You may cancel this contract, without penalty or obligation, at any time before midnight of the third business day after the date on which you signed the contract. To cancel, mail, email, or deliver a signed, dated copy of a cancellation notice, or any other written notice, to ANRUS, LLC at the address or email above, before midnight of the third business day. You may also use the Notice of Cancellation below.

Notice of Cancellation. You may cancel this contract, without any penalty or obligation, within three (3) business days from the date the contract is signed. To cancel this contract, mail or deliver a signed, dated copy of this cancellation notice, or any other written notice to: ANRUS, LLC, 2323 Catalina Cir, Apt 350, Oceanside, CA 92056 (or by email to support@anrus.us). I hereby cancel this transaction. Date: ____________ Signature: ____________

Beyond the three-business-day period, you may still cancel your monthly subscription at any time and you will not be charged for future billing cycles after cancellation takes effect.

Written contract

Before any services are performed, you will receive a written contract that states the terms and conditions of payment, the total amount you will pay, a full and detailed description of the services to be performed, an estimate of the time required to perform the services, and our name and business address. This Disclosure is provided together with that contract.

Your right to sue and to report

You have a right to sue a credit repair organization that violates CROA, and you may report any dishonest or unfair practice to the Federal Trade Commission as described above. Nothing in any ANRUS contract waives any right you have under CROA.
