ANRUS reviews your credit reports from Equifax, Experian and TransUnion and, on your behalf, disputes information that is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unverifiable, and assists you in improving the accuracy of your credit file. The specific scope depends on the subscription plan you select. Tradelines and certain other items are optional add-ons offered separately and are not part of the monthly subscription unless stated.
Three-business-day right to cancel. Under CROA, you may cancel your contract for any reason, without penalty or obligation, before midnight of the third business day after you signed it. See the CROA Disclosure for the Notice of Cancellation.
Cancel anytime. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by emailing support@anrus.us or through your account. Cancellation stops future monthly charges; it does not retroactively refund a month already in progress except as required by law or stated here.
Except for the three-business-day right above and any rights you have under applicable law, fees already paid for services performed are generally non-refundable. Nothing in this section limits your rights under CROA or state law.
We do not guarantee any specific increase in your credit score, the removal or change of any specific item, or any particular timeframe. Outcomes depend on your individual credit file and the responses of the credit bureaus and creditors. Results vary; past results do not guarantee future results.
We use third parties to provide parts of the service, including account/payment portals and credit-report providers (for example, ScoreXer and MyFreeScore) and email delivery. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third parties.
You agree not to misuse the website or services, including by submitting false information, attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the service, or using it for unlawful purposes (including any use of fraudulent identification numbers such as "CPN", which is illegal).
The website, content, logos and materials are owned by ANRUS, LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute them without permission, except for your own personal, non-commercial use.
The website and any educational content (including our blog) are provided for general information and are not legal, financial, or tax advice. The services and website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ANRUS and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including under CROA.
You agree to indemnify and hold ANRUS harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the services, except to the extent caused by our own wrongdoing.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, unless applicable consumer-protection law provides otherwise. Your rights under CROA and applicable state law are not waived.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date will change, and material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
