1. Information we collect

• Contact data: name, email, phone number, and the goal you select on our forms.
• Identity and credit data (sensitive): to provide credit repair, identifying information such as date of birth, full or partial Social Security Number, address, and your credit reports may be required. This sensitive information is collected and processed primarily through our secure credit-report and enrollment providers (for example, ScoreXer and MyFreeScore), not entered on our marketing pages.
• Service data: dispute history, audit notes, plan and status.
• Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, and cookies (see Cookies).
• Referral data: if you arrive via an affiliate link, a referral code may be stored to attribute your enrollment.

2. How we use information

• To provide and perform the credit repair services and your subscription.
• To review your credit reports and dispute inaccurate or unverifiable items on your behalf.
• To communicate with you (e.g., your audit, status updates, your portal link) by email, phone or messaging.
• To process payments and manage your account.
• To improve our website and services, and for security and fraud prevention.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed:

• Service providers / processors: enrollment and credit-report providers (ScoreXer, MyFreeScore), payment processors, email delivery (our support@anrus.us mail provider), and similar vendors, under contracts that limit their use of your data.
• Credit bureaus and creditors: as needed to perform disputes on your behalf.
• Legal: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger or sale, subject to this Policy.

For mobile information and SMS opt-in consent data, the stricter restrictions in Section 13. Mobile Information & SMS Privacy apply to the sharing described above.

4. Sensitive and credit information

Your Social Security Number, date of birth and credit reports are sensitive. We minimize our handling of this data, rely on specialized, secure providers to collect and store it, and do not transmit your SSN through chat tools, marketing forms, or URLs. We use it only to provide the services you requested.

5. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, including access controls and encryption in transit where appropriate. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements, after which we delete or de-identify it.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. California residents (CCPA/CPRA) and residents of other states may have specific rights. To exercise any right, contact support@anrus.us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

8. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site function, to remember a referral code, and to understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect site functionality.

9. Children's privacy

Our services are for adults (18+) and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party sites and services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

We may update this Policy; the "last updated" date will change and material changes will be posted here.

13. Mobile Information & SMS Privacy

ANRUS, LLC values your privacy.

Collection of Mobile Information: We collect mobile phone numbers only when voluntarily provided by users through our website contact forms, user agreements, or direct communications.

Use of Information: Your mobile phone number is used exclusively to deliver transactional notifications, customer care communications, missed call follow-ups, and service-related messages as requested.

Strict Non-Sharing Policy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. No mobile information, phone numbers, or SMS opt-in consent data will be shared, sold, rented, traded, or leased to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing, promotional, or commercial purposes under any circumstances.

Subcontractors & Service Providers: Personal information may only be shared with authorized technical service providers (such as telecommunication carriers and SMS gateway platforms) strictly as necessary to deliver SMS communications on our behalf. These entities are bound by confidentiality agreements and are prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message received from us.
